The Hollybush is located on the outskirts of Stafford in the picturesque village of Seighford. The pub was saved by the villagers of Seighford, who came together to buy it as Seighford Pub Co. Opening 29th November 2012 and managed by The Titanic Brewery, The Hollybush is once again a fantastic village pub, but also attracting people from further afield for the great food and beer on offer.

 

Food

We offer a range of contemporary and traditional dishes freshly cooked and using local ingredients to suite every pallet.

 

Our Menu has a choice of lunchtime or evening dishes with lighter options and snacks available.

Children are always welcome, we offer a delicious and nutritious children's menu, we also have children's high chairs available for our younger guests.

The Pub is open between 12pm - 11pm everyday. Food is served as follows:-

Monday - Thursday

12pm - 2:30pm and then 5:30pm - 9pm

 

Friday - Saturday

12pm - 9pm

 

Sunday

12pm - 7pm (please note: Lunchtime menu only and an additional choice of two Roasts)
